I had clean towels and a cozy bed, but my stay was overshadowed by filthy rooms and a lack of hot water in the morning. Never again!

Recommend it for budget-conscious groups
The room was sparkling clean. I was impressed how everything we needed was right there, and parking was no hassle at all parking in front of our room was a breeze.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly, it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 19spacious suitedecent sunlightunreliable wifi
The King Suite featured a generous amount of space, allowing for an easy spread of gear after a long day. The large windows provided decent natural light, perfect for unwinding and catching some sun while planning my next move.
During a three-night stay, the housekeeping service completely missed my room, which wasn’t ideal. The floor needed some mopping, and I definitely could have used another wastebasket given how quickly it filled up. The shower was nice, but the curtain bracket was barely hanging on, patched up during my stay. The low amount of toilet paper felt a bit like a game of chance, and flimsy towels after three days of use just didn’t cut it for me. Also, the wifi was more off than on, making it tricky to stay connected.

The King Suite offered a spacious layout, perfect for relaxing after the day's activities, with a large fridge and microwave that's handy for snacks. Unfortunately, housekeeping missed the room entirely, the wifi was inconsistent, and there was no hot water in the morning. The staff were friendly, which was appreciated, but the issues with cleanliness in the first two rooms left a negative impression.

Too many issues to recommend
So we booked a King Suite, but had to change rooms twice before finding one that was clean. Third room had clean toilet at least. Wifi was iffy and TV didn’t work till we fiddled with it. And then, no hot water in the morning! Packed up and left without anyone to complain to.

This place was just an excellent fit for a weekend respite in Rome with exceptional value. I appreciated that parking was hassle-free right outside my room. Make sure to confirm your room access code in advance to avoid any hassles.
